About Patty Sadler
I came to Hawaii in 1972, living on Oahu for one year and then on to the Big Island of Hawaii. I moved to the island of Maui in 1979 to be around the sailing community, having chartered my own personal boat for a few years out of Kona Village Resort. I got my captain’s license while working in Lahaina and was known for my all-girl crew while traveling between the islands of Lanai and Molokai. After traveling and delivering boats with my husband, it was time for a change when I returned to Maui.
In 1985, I received my real estate license, making the decision to help people purchase a piece of paradise. I love the ocean and being on the water, and was once an active windsurfer. I now kiteboard, and it has become a major passion for me. I get out on the water regularly to enjoy this wonderful sport. I take time to share these beautiful surroundings with my family, friends, and clients, and I truly love my work.
It has been a great reward to assist someone in finding their special place on Maui. I have chosen to raise a family here, with one daughter and one son. My kids and I have been involved in school activities, Habitat for Humanity, and the homeless shelter. As of the Fall of 2011, my son is a freshman at Santa Clara University, where my daughter graduated in 2010.
I have personally been active in real estate with my husband, building numerous homes on vacant parcels of land and acquiring our own real estate investments. I know the permit laws, areas of investments, and can help with first time purchases and second home investments. I know the island, having lived on the West, North, and Upcountry sides of the island over the last 32 years. Together we can have smooth sailing ahead! |
